Will Kneelo fit my knee?
Yes — the soft strap with hook-and-loop closure adjusts to fit most adult knees.
Is it hard to use?
Not at all. Press the power button, then tap the heat and vibration buttons to choose your levels. The screen shows exactly what's on.
What settings does it have?
Three heat levels (Low, Medium, High) and three vibration modes (Auto, Low, High), plus a ring of red light on the inside of the device.
What's the difference between Solo and Duo?
Solo is one massager. Duo is two massagers — relax both knees at the same time or share one with your partner — at $54.50 each instead of $69.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your Kneelo to request a return. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund.
